Sokol Lilo ka filluar te punoje per Irex ne vitin 2001. Fillimisht eshte ngarkuar te mbuloje funksionet e administrimit/finances dhe logjistikes. Me pas ka marre pjese ne grupin vleresues te programit Hapur. Aktualisht eshte oficer i Programit te Fondacionit Hapur qe mbeshtetet nga Irex/Europe dhe UNDEF.
